Dear I have visited your Ravi Road branch but I am very disappointed to see the functioning METRO. I visited your branch on 26 jul 2013 at 1335 hours. I got 6 x Ramzan package cartons of Rs 1650/-. when I went to counter nobody was present there,then I went to second counter again nobody was present there then I went to 3rd counter . 2 ladies were standing but they have not made the bill. then I went to the counter where supervisor was standing. I requested him to please tell somebody to make my bill. it took about half an hour.after getting bill I was going out,then 2 persons came and started opening the cartons,i asked them why are you opening,they replied we want to check,i told them I have not packed this cartons,METRO has packed what you want to check,then I got rid of them.then I called check out manager Salman and made complaint, sorry to say very poor functioning and poor staff.

D HANGOUT.AFTER REACHING HOME WE FIND OUT THAT WE HAVE BEEN OVER CHARGED RS.1500 IN OUR BILL FOR WALLS MAGNUM CONE ICECREAMS WHOLE CARTON WHICH WE HAD NOT PURCHASED AT ALL.WE REQUEST YOU TO GUIDE US ABOUT THE PROCEDURE OF CLAIMING BACK THE AMOUNT OF MORE THAN 1500 RUPEES,SO PLEASE CALL US AND LET US KNOW THAT WHAT SHOULD WE DO TO GET BACK OUR MONEY WITHOUT GOING TO THE CONSUMER COURT.REGARDS, RAZA TAHIR.LAHORE

Dear Sir, we buy all our kitchen needs from your Model Town Lhr branch. All the times we have to face problems (1) Electric stairs from ground to store is out of order since three months (2) price mentioned on racks differ from invoice (3) no sitting arrangement near goods racks for senior citizens (4) about 3 to 4 cash counter not in operation. (5) It is suggested to please (1) establish medical store (2) Solar Energy Products espacialy pannels, fans etc
