Khawar sb (from Lahore), i do not recommned this hotel to u. Becouse staff here are very rude and no respect of guests as i had personal experince.

The Taj Mahal Hotel Murree - around 3 years back i'd stayed in this hotel and the hotel was worst hotel in murree... I never ever recommend it to anyone because they started fight me on just complaining issue of Flush in washroom. Now the other reviews of customers indicating that The Taj Mahal Hotel Murree never trying to change and improve. if some one wish to insult him/herself must stay in this hotel... I recommend again FARAN HOTEL, MEHRAN HOTEL, LALAZAR and many more can be find on the same price but with respecting staff.

I visited the taj mehal hotel they get it 10000 RS of one night but staff of hotel was very unprofessional and facility of hotel was near to nill.

I was disgusted with the room .The hygiene was very poor the washroom stunk of sewage. The carpets tacky. The mattress was centuries old. Room service was appaling yet the cost was full on paid 25 grand for 2 nights of hell management deserve a medal for stuffing their bellies and not spending a penny on maintenance.

Stayed at the Taj Mahal in May 2015 booked and paid in advance for 2 nights but only stayed one night couldn't wait to leave.Staff rude and very unprofessional. Did not like you making complaints. The room was terrible not clean filthy, bed and sofas had bugs got bitten . Room service terrible had to ring several times before anyone came . Never ever stay at this hotel .

This hotel is a bullshit. many problems in rooms and they never pay attention to fix them. Anyone who stayed in this hotel can have a feeling of brothel. They are distry just like the redlight area of Lahore. Plz stay away

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel. In this month of March I have visited with my cousin and family and stayed at Hotel The Taj Mahal Murree. Counter man started fight with my cousin on a very small compliant of the room. Unfortunately owner of the hotel also misbehaved and completely was on site of his employees. If any one interested in his insult than can stay in this Hotel otherwise never advised... There are many more good hotels including Lalazar, Faran and Mehran Hotels always respect their customers, I specially recommend these hotels for families in Murree.

Never Book This Hotel : (- Counter Staff fight you! Many strange people you can find near hotel "Hotel The Taj Mahal Murree". I've visited with my family in my last trip to murree, just on a little complaint the counter man started fight with me along with about 10 "strange" people that you can find always near The Taj Mahal Hotel Murree. I request to all travelers that always be careful during the booking in murree. Feels that every stack holder in murree want "looting" you, from hotel staff to shopkeeper and from Car rental driver to Balloon boys. Anyhow I have decided never stay ever stay in Hotel The Taj Mahal Murree
