Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC), Islamabad  

I went there for lunch. Asked for the bathroom to wash my hands. The bathroom was out of order, so I asked the employees: Where do you wash your hands?? And of course nobody said anything :/

I am regular visitor of kfc located at sukkur sind Pakistan .yesterdays when I visited I was severe disappointed by conduct of ur staff as well as poor standard of food/cleanliness. This is first time,i was served with such poor quality of food at kfc. Even I RECEIVED the items of food which was not included in my demand, when I asked the person present at counter, the reply was sorry that I have to pay which I never asked .when gone to family sitting area it was stinking and rubbish was present at many tables even all visitor have left the area. FOR SAME REASON I LEFT UR KFC RESTULENT ALONG WITH MY FAILY AND ALSO LEFT THE FOOD AT TABLE This show poor quality control as well as poor administration ,please look into it ,details are ,cashier,mr shezad,tran #2049,16/06/2013,TIME 4:05 PM, amount RS 825 (PAKISTANI RUPEES)

Well I am a regular customer of KFC and also biggest fan of it but during last few months when ever I visit KFC F10 Islamabad, I am facing severe disappointment. Today, I visited KFC for lunch, The food was totally not fresh.. also the team service and hospitality was of zero level. MOD's were busy nowhere and CRO was unable to answer or satisfy our inquiries. The table remain full of left outs for more than an hour and no one was there to get them clean. It seemed as if the whole team is sleeping or what? They were not conscious about their customer, who is coming, who is going. No one was responsible enough to ask us whether we are satisfied with the service or not. When I made complaint against the food the answer was that "you can only complain after 2,3 minutes not more than that.. even I was sitting within the outlet. When asked for comments book, that was not supplied to the branch. If you people are unable to provide the services upto the mark then why are you selling your food on so high rates. I strongly recommend to the higher authorities that the food quality, hospitality, maintenance and other areas need severe attention. If you people are casting high rates then you are bound to provide the food upto the mentioned standard.. Every time lame excuses can't be accepted. Also customers can't be made fool with artificial cared statements. Being an informed customer am totally disappointed with KFC, its food and service. i also demand for complementary deal for such huge inconvenience because i also take my three friends with me after insisting them now they are also pressurizing me for demanding complementary deal ..if u people v.ll not contact me i,ll leave to visit ur outlets... although it doesn't make such difference for U but it means lot for us....
