Salam. I am Saifuddin Bhaila from Kuwait. I wish to stay in your hotel for 11 nights from 22/09/2017 till 03/10/2017. I need a double room for 2 guests. Please confirm availability and I am ready to pay in CASH thru my friend in Karachi. Please confirm the booking.

We stayed in Karachi for a day because of missing a connecting flight. The hotel reviews and pictures available on line are very misleading. Sarawan hotel is located in a very very busy area. Road in-front is reduced to a small road because of badly parked cars, street vendors and mismanaged traffic. Once inside we realized that the hotel is very different to what is advertised online. Place is dirty, old, smelled of smoke. We were very late and had a flight very early in the morning and had no option but to stay. Lift was old and could carry only three people and was unreliable. It took us to three different levels before arriving on level 4. It took us three trips to carry our luggage to our room. There are no stairs to level 4 and higher levels (Fire risk). Rooms on our level were occupied by smokers who were very loud and were awake all night. Once inside the room we got shock of our life. Room was terrible. Mattress was stained, smelly, even the bed sheets which they claimed washed were dirty, stained. Pillows were lumpy to say the least. Furniture was very old, room was dark, stuffy, smelled badly. Toilet was a similar story. Dirty, bad, bad. Would not recommend this place to any one. Please avoid this place.

I found this hotel as decent and center of Karachi "Sadar" area. I could not stayed as personally bust visit on my friends stay. It can be treated as 2Star+ hotel : )
