This is the worst hotel to stay as they are unable to fulfil their promises. Their rooms are filthy and untidy. They lied for everything just to get money and later on its totally pathetic. Bedrooms were dirty, paint was peeling off, promised for 24 hours hot water and room heating but they shut off everything at 1:00 a.m. When complaint they said we are not gona do anything as this is what we can provide now. They even used abusing language. I will now recommend any family to stay in this hotel even for a day.

do not go to this hotel very bad management, with very bad smell in toilets, rubbish hotel, charging very high, please do not book this hotel, or any hotel in murree for few days, if you have to take any hotel just take it for one day and then look for a better and cheep hotel available in mall road.

Just been to alqamar hotel ..guy on reception is very badtameez..no manners how to talk to customers ..I would never ever recommend this hotel to any decent family ..worst experience ever ...i won't stay there ever ..
