    The Bad: Poor Heating System, Tiolet not well managed, single power socket for all mobile chargers and works, Noisy due to constant car passing from the hotel. The Good: Location that is close to GPO or centre of Murree, Clean hotel, over staff feedback is OK, sceneric view as well as roof top resturant all is good adon of the hotel. I visited during feb 1-3 with my three kids n spouse. I can give 4 out of 5 points to this hotel but heating system make it on poor side b/c in freezing temprature when heater does not work then how can u spend a night on -2 ‘C, after several complaints n request hotel staff provided one heater at 12 mid night... we installed in our kids room and spent our night without heating. Routine heater was also not prociding complete heating.
