We visited this hotel on may 28 behavior of front desk manager was unprofessional and rude.i donot know how they do business.no hot water no electricity .Bed uncomfortable we have a bad experience of this hotel

very expensive hotel with very ordinary facilities even they deny complimentary breakfast.One can find room at half rate compare to their rates in nearby locations.Never go for online booking from the tour operator PITT as they have their extra commission compare to the rack rates and after getting advance they forget you and your booking as well.If you want to leave early they will not refund you a single peny despite renting the same room to other persons. PITT tour operator behaviour is very unprofessional and unethical so think a lot before booking online from PITT.
